This is a non-consultation service, so there is no Medicare rebate.
If you have had an eligible in-person consultation within the previous 12 months, your doctor may instead offer a short bulk billed phone consultation where appropriate.
If your care needs to be reviewed or changed, a consultation may be required.
Cancellation & rescheduling policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our team at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives us time to offer your appointment to another patient waiting for care.

If you're feeling unwell or can't make it to the clinic, please get in touch. We're happy to switch your appointment to a video or phone consultation, so you can still receive care and avoid a fee.
