We only accept new patient bookings up to 6 weeks in advance, to make sure our doctors have enough availability to review and support existing patients.
If you’re a new patient and can’t find an appointment online, please email us and we can add you to our priority waiting list. We’ll be in touch as future appointment weeks open up.
If you’re an existing patient needing a review and can’t find a suitable appointment online, please call or email our team and we’ll do our best to help.

Yes, all of our doctors have a priority waiting list for anyone looking who would prefer a different day or time, or want to be seen sooner. We usually suggest booking the next available appointment, and then you can click here to join our Priority List and we’ll be in touch if a spot becomes available.
-
No referral is needed. You can book directly online with any of our specialist GPs.
-
Yes, absolutely! Telehealth is available for all new and existing patients, Australia-wide.
-
Whether you see us in person or by telehealth, all appointments are eligible for Medicare rebates.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Our doctors often have long waitlists, and this gives our team time to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care.
For cancellations or changes made 6–24 hours before your appointment, a late cancellation fee of up to $150 may apply, depending on the appointment length. Cancellations within 6 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full appointment fee.
If you’re unwell or unable to attend in person, we can usually switch your appointment to telehealth or phone instead. Cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
