Dr Noara Jassim Menopause Doctor GP Remi Menopause clinic

Dr Noara Jassim

BMBS, FRACGP

Dr Noara began her medical career in the hospitals of Wales before moving to Australia, where she spent many years working in busy emergency departments from metropolitan centres to the northern NSW coast. She later transitioned into general practice, with a strong focus on women’s health and complex chronic illness.

After recognising how little formal medical training existed in menopause care, even within specialist pathways, she dedicated herself to advanced education in perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy. She is passionate about ensuring women feel heard, informed, and supported, particularly those who have struggled to find answers elsewhere.

Noara’s clinical interests extend beyond menopause into the overlap between hormones, neuroimmune health, and chronic multisystem conditions. She has a particular interest in caring for women with MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), POTS/dysautonomia, hypermobile EDS (hEDS), chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, adenomyosis, endometriosis, PMDD, and complex pain or fatigue presentations.

She is especially interested in the ways hormonal fluctuations can amplify autonomic, inflammatory, and mood symptoms, and takes a highly individualised, evidence-informed approach to care. She is committed to improving access to clear information, nuanced treatment options, and compassionate care for women navigating both common and complex health concerns.

Outside the clinic, Noara juggles three kids, one husband, a dog, and far too many chickens. In rare quiet moments, she can usually be found lifting weights, reading or falling off a surfboard.
