Dr Esmarie Bridge

BMBS, FRACGP

Dr Esmarie Bridge is a Specialist General Practitioner and Menopause Doctor with a dedicated focus on women’s health.

She graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2014 and began her medical career working in a busy trauma hospital in Johannesburg, where she gained invaluable frontline experience over two years.

After relocating to Australia, Dr Bridge worked across hospitals in Sydney before moving into general practice, where she discovered her passion for supporting women’s health. In 2022, she was awarded her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Her clinical focus is on helping women navigate the transition through menopause in a safe, supportive, and evidence-based way. She finds this work deeply rewarding—both for the improvements it brings to her patients’ quality of life and for the meaningful connections she builds with the women she cares for. Outside of medicine,

Dr Bridge enjoys an active lifestyle. You’ll often find her running, cycling, or training for triathlons, as well as spending time on the beach or being playful in the park with her toddler. She also loves a good coffee and the chance to share a relaxed dinner with close friends.
